Job Details

Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings (MO - Bs), urgent care facilities, and tenant improvements. Coordinate project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, designers, and consultants. Collaborate with healthcare clients, facilities staff, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success in occupied and operational healthcare settings. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies. Monitor and enforce compliance with AHJ codes, OSHPD (or applicable state/local regulations), HIPAA, ICRA, and interim life safety standards. Oversee and document progress, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout procedures. Ensure job site safety and infection control protocols are strictly maintained. Attend OAC meetings, generate project reports, and maintain communication with stakeholders. . The Successful Applicant.
