LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING: Provides daily operations management and assists with development of both short- and long-term strategic planning for department and supervisor team:Assist in the development of pro forma and modality strategic plans that support Healthcare and departmental mission and growth. Develop and lead teams and processes to standardize, evaluate equipment and solutions that assist with reaching goals and service to all patients and providers. Participate and lead integration efforts to improve department synergies inclusive of OHSU Partners. Serve as project lead for key growth projects and initiatives. Develop project teams and utilize project tools to ensure success.
