Program Type: Secure sub-acute, crisis residential treatment To Make Referrals: Referrals are made by community outreach workers, emergency departments at area hospitals, and community walk-in clinics, as well from the local psychiatric emergency service unit: Unity Center. # of Beds: 16 beds Who We Serve: Adults ages 18 and older who are currently experiencing mental health crisis. The service area for Care Oregon clients is those who live in Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah counties.
