Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, etch, and deposition. Design and execute experiments (DOE) to evaluate process performance and reliability. Troubleshoot integration issues with quick, hands-on experiments to find root cause solutions in collaboration with other engineers and technicians. Analyze process data using statistical tools and recommend improvements. Support technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. Document process flows, specifications, and best practices. Participate in cross-functional meetings and present technical findings. Collaborate with process engineers to optimize process windows and improve uniformity, performance, and yield.
