Job Details

Lead process development efforts across the process flow, ensuring seamless integration of unit processes into robust module flows. Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, etch, and deposition. Design and execute experiments (DOE) to evaluate process performance and reliability. Troubleshoot integration issues with quick, hands-on experiments to find root cause solutions in collaboration with other engineers and technicians. Analyze process data using statistical tools and recommend improvements. Support technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. Document process flows, specifications, and best practices. Participate in cross-functional meetings and present technical findings. Collaborate with process engineers to optimize process windows and improve uniformity, performance, and yield.
