Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery of a world-class mobile experience and capable
backend platform powering a groundbreaking next-generation hardware product. This role will
coordinate cross-functional teams building native mobile and watch apps, a microservices-based
backend, scalable data infrastructure, and customer support tools. The ideal candidate is a servant
leader with deep experience in agile frameworks, connected product ecosystems, and cross
functional team orchestration. You bring clarity to complexity and momentum to innovation.

Job Description:

  • Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Coordinate delivery of:
  • Native iOS and Android apps with BLE integration, near real-time data display, and firmware OTA capabilities
  • WatchOS and WearOS apps with standalone functionality
  • Microservices-based backend on AWS with RESTful APIs, authentication, OTA services, and analytics
  • Scalable, secure data storage and ETL pipelines for ML-ready datasets
  • Admin dashboards and customer support tools integrated with platforms like Zendesk
  • Ensure alignment with the program's key milestones
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks across mobile, backend, data, and DevOps teams.
  • Maintain JIRA boards, Confluence documentation, and shared roadmaps
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and delivery excellence

Who You Will Work With
You'll collaborate with Client's Advanced Product Ventures team, firmware and hardware engineers,
UX designers, and external development partners. You'll be the connective tissue across
disciplines, ensuring the digital experience is delivered with precision, speed, and athlete* focus.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments
  • Experience leading agile teams in mobile, IoT, or connected device ecosystems
  • Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
