Job Title: Managing Partner (Hospitality Hero)

The Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. Responsibilities include teaching, training, and leading all Team Members during each shift, including coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members. They are also accountable for maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, meeting budgetary constraints, handling guest complaints, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality. The MP is a champion of our 1-4-7 philosophy and is expected to consistently model the behavior expected of a leader.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or High School equivalency required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. Requires 3+ years restaurant management experience.
3. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law.
4. Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
5. Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
6. Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
7. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

1. Being strong brand stewards and ensuring each guest receives excellent service by leading and modeling our 1-4-7 philosophy.
2. Successfully implementing the company's strategic vision and plans.
3. Developing a strong and motivated team through recruitment, communication, and training plans. Identify strategies to retain and develop the best in Team Members and Managers.
4. Proper staffing of the restaurant departments through adherence to brand standard training programs and scheduling processes.
5. Leading the Management team through coaching, discipline, and adherence to the brand standards.
6. Executing positive financial results, including but not limited to meeting sales goals and optimizing P&L.
7. Becoming a pillar of the community through strong local marketing efforts and partnerships.
8. Ensuring that restaurant facilities are consistently meeting brand standards.
9. Being aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage guests.
10. Ensuring compliance with all labor regulations.
