Join Our Team as a Warehouse Order Picker!

Schedule: 3:00pm-8:45pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible start/end times)

Your Role: As a warehouse associate, you will be adaptable to work in one of the following roles:

• Order Picker: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders while meeting daily production targets. This may include picking items from above ground level, ensuring you adhere to safety protocols.
• Restocker: Scan labels, cut boxes, and efficiently restock shelves to ensure a smooth transition for the next shift while following safety measures.
• Bulk Selector: Select products, pull, and pack totes, including cutting cases of merchandise and stocking products. Move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while prioritizing safety.
• Custodian: Perform general cleaning and maintenance, which includes sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and removing trash from the facility.

Please note, as a member of the SC1 team, you may be required to switch roles as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Reliability in working your assigned schedule and completing tasks.
• Understanding of job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Basic English language skills for effective communication.
• If hired as a Full-Time associate, availability to work additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds manually.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior warehouse experience or relevant experience in roles like fast-food, stockroom, or customer service.
