Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves significant movement and the boxing of new products, ensuring that shipping and receiving processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for domestic and international customers and suppliers.

• Pick and pack products, regularly lifting and moving up to 45 lbs.

• Prepare freight shipments.

• Inventory, order, and maintain shipping required items (MRO).

• Receive new products and customer-owned items.

• Conduct incoming material inspections.

• Reconcile discrepant packing lists and purchase orders.

• Organize and label items in the warehouse.

• Pull material and fill production and repair lines.

• Package new products and customer-owned items.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging, shipping, and receiving.

• Computer literacy.

• Proficiency in UPS World Ship, FedEx, USPS applications such as Endicia and Pitney Bowes.

• Working knowledge of ERP modules for shipping and receiving functions, such as SAP, Sage CRM, and Oracle.

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with precision measurement equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior material handling experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
