About the Role

We are actively seeking a Director of Clinical Development who will play a crucial role in the design and execution of successful clinical trials across our diverse programs. You will serve as the Clinical Development Lead for one or more clinical initiatives, where you will spearhead strategies to proactively identify and address program-level challenges and risks. Your leadership will ensure effective communication of vital information across various functions, contributing significantly to the design of clinical trials and the development of protocols that align with our clinical development objectives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing medical monitoring, assisting with regulatory documentation, and leading a cross-functional development team. To excel in this position, candidates should possess a robust background in clinical development, with a particular emphasis on leading and executing clinical trials.

This role requires strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, providing scientific and medical input for regulatory documents while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. We value experience in establishing strategies for Advisory Boards, building partnerships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups, and keeping abreast of scientific advancements in relevant therapeutic areas.

As part of your duties, you will mentor and support clinical scientists, medical monitors, and study leads, and may have direct line reporting responsibilities.
