About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Clinical Development to lead the operational management of our clinical development initiatives. This role involves overseeing ongoing clinical trials and ensuring the successful execution of all phases from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of clinical trials from phases 1-4
• Lead and mentor the clinical operations team
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient clinical trial management

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Over 10 years of experience in clinical operations leadership
• Strong understanding of all stages of BioTech clinical trials
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
