About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Finance to take on a pivotal role in scaling and overseeing the global finance function. This senior executive will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in areas such as accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, audit, tax, and payroll across North America and international regions. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team, shaping financial strategy, and ensuring operational excellence to support sustainable growth. Deep expertise in global financial operations, healthcare finance, and private equity environments is essential for this position. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Global Finance include providing global oversight of accounting practices, managing financial consolidations, leading a FP&A team, and directing global treasury functions. The role also involves overseeing external audits, tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred, and at least 10-15 years' of experience in finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior global finance role. Strong leadership skills, advanced knowledge of financial operations, and experience in private equity-owned companies are required. The role demands a strategic, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong command of financial modeling and reporting.
