We are Elephants Delicatessen, a locally owned Portland favorite since 1979. Known for pioneering the gourmet food scene in the Pacific Northwest, we've grown into seven retail locations, a bustling catering business, and two production kitchens in Milwaukie and Portland.

About the Job

Do you love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Our Production Coordinator plays a key role in making sure the wheels of our kitchen operations keep turning. You'll be the central hub of communication and organization for our production facilities, supporting managers, chefs, and supervisors with the details that keep us efficient and connected.

One moment you might be pulling together production reports or recipe updates in our production management software, the next you're coordinating food transfers between Milwaukie and Portland or helping track down last-minute supplies. No two days look the same-and that's what makes this role so rewarding.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to support for our production teams, handling reports, invoices, and requisitions
• Help keep our kitchens stocked and organized-supplies, labels, and daily lunches included
• Support chefs and managers by entering recipes, updating menus, and managing requisitions using our production management software
• Coordinate communication across our Milwaukie and Portland kitchens
• Pitch in with office tasks and special projects that keep the whole operation moving
