Demonstrates use of effective problem-solving, conflict management, and team-building methods. Develops, maintains, and implements division PI programs utilizing quality improvement and other data. Prepares scheduled report/(s) within established deadlines for presentation at meetings. Functions as liaison between the Hospital and applicable regulatory agencies. Interprets/administers applicable federal state, and local regulations. Functions as administrative liaison/consultant between applicable committees (and/or established work teams) and direct-report departments. Develops, maintains and implements division systems and action plans which support established Patient Rights policy. Develops, implements and maintains systems, processes, and programs which provide a safe environment for occupants of the hospital building, assists hospital departments with facility/safety-related issues.
