The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive desktop support while gradually taking on responsibilities related to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windows environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist employees with network connectivity, email configuration, and account setup.
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and software updates to ensure security and performance.
  • Educate and train end-users on best practices and company IT policies.

ERP And CRM Support (Growth Area)
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of ERP and CRM applications.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and optimize system usage.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Support data integrity and reporting functions within ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve escalated issues.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades and system migrations.
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
  • Participate in security initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to support business needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support, with exposure to ERP and CRM applications being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.
