Bilingual Mental Health Family Therapist

Join our team at Clementine Lake Oswego and Clementine West Linn, residential treatment programs located in West Linn, Oregon, that focus exclusively on adolescents suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Our mission is to empower adolescents and their families on the journey to full recovery, equipping each young person with the tools they need to navigate life free from eating disorders. We emphasize the importance of family involvement and provide the empathy, education, and support necessary for a sustainable recovery. Our goal is to help each adolescent develop healthy skills and gain a deep understanding of how to live authentically.

We are currently seeking a full-time Family Therapist who is enthusiastic about providing therapy to our clients and their families.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; traditional business hours except for one late night (noon to 8pm).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions for clients and families
  • Offering meal support during client sessions
  • Engaging in ongoing care management activities
  • Delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and intersecting identities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree, at minimum, in clinical counseling or a related discipline
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired
  • Preferred: Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  • Prior experience in treating eating disorders within residential or inpatient settings is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
