Scrum Lead - Connected Product Ecosystem

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery for a world-class mobile experience and robust backend platform supporting a next-generation connected hardware product. This role will guide cross-functional teams across mobile, backend, data, and support systems. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a deep understanding of agile practices, technical ecosystems, and cross-functional collaboration. You bring clarity to complexity and help move innovation forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies across distributed teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of:
  
  • Native iOS and Android apps featuring BLE integration, real-time data display, and OTA firmware updates
    
  • WatchOS and WearOS apps with standalone capabilities
    
  • A microservices-based backend hosted on AWS with RESTful APIs, secure authentication, OTA services, and analytics
    
  • Scalable, secure data infrastructure with ETL pipelines for ML-ready datasets
    
  • Admin dashboards and customer support tools integrated with platforms like Zendesk
    
• Align product and engineering teams with program-level milestones
  
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks across teams
  
• Maintain Jira boards, Confluence documentation, and shared roadmaps
  
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and delivery excellence
  

Who You'll Work With:

You will collaborate with internal product teams, firmware and hardware engineers, UX designers, and external development partners. You'll serve as the critical bridge across disciplines, ensuring precision and speed in delivering the connected product experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development setting
  
• Experience leading agile teams in mobile, IoT, or connected device environments
  
• Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA updates, and AWS-hosted microservices
  
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools
  
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
  
• Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or similar agile certification preferred
