Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations, located in Portland, OR. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations to ensure company efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include team formation, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, supervising staff, resolving customer service issues, and analyzing operational data for continuous improvement.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with real estate operations is a must
• Principal Broker license is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• MBA is a plus
