Our client, a well-established paving and asphalt contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader in heavy civil and paving who can oversee large-scale projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple paving/asphalt projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance to ensure profitability and quality.
• Collaborate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Mentor and develop project engineers and junior staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in paving, asphalt, or heavy civil construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and industry-standard tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
