Summary

This role will manage and oversee branch personnel and operations, ensuring operational efficiency on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area. Essential Functions

• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the branch, ensuring operational efficiencies
  
• Implement and ensure the integrity of operational standards and company policies

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• 10+ years applicable job experience
  

Skills & Competencies

Required

• Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
  
• Strong communication skills, including written communication
  

• High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
