Base pay range: $129,400.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Oversee designer work and provide technical leadership to the project team
- Perform quality reviews of design packages and assist with more complex portions of the design process
- Interact directly with the client, owner, and contractors to support on-site construction
- Provide engineering and design oversight for facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications systems in complex industrial facilities
- Collaborate with client owners to establish design requirements and produce construction documents
- Prepare technical specifications and documents for bidding and construction
- Serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings
- Participate in project proposals and suggest solutions to client problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 12 years of engineering design experience of building electrical systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- At least one year of data center or semiconductor electrical design experience
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
- Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components (switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.)
- Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading small and mid-sized projects
- Ideally: working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
