About the Role

As The Sax Agency's Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead design projects from concept to delivery, working closely with their team of creatives and clients to create compelling visual content that maintains brand consistency and drives results.

What You'll Do

• Oversee design projects from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Maintain brand consistency throughout marketing projects
• Work closely with Art Directors and assist them with duties as needed
• Interface directly with clients, present your work and keep design team aligned around feedback and goals
• Implement design concepts following Brand Guidelines
• Provide specifications to print vendors and set up files for production
• Create properly sized/formatted digital assets for web development
• Stay current with industry developments and tools

What You Bring

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency designing for email platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp)
• Attention to visual details and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, etc)

Requirements

• 8-10 years of graphic design experience with demonstrated senior level responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Extensive portfolio showcasing varied design projects across industries
• Experience in print, logo, brand, digital, and web design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web platforms is a plus
• Availability during business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST
