In collaboration with business partners, identify, define, and analyze how information assets aid strategies and support business outcomes across the organization. Provide guidance on business-relevant information inside and outside of KinderCare that needs to be available and shared consistently across the enterprise. Develop data-centric strategies and provide direction for data models and data architecture standard processes for the company. Ensure effective data governance and make modifications to existing governance processes and structures to optimize value, while seeking to discover and detail the data and analytics requirements for information of all uses. Craft data models for operational databases and data stores.
