Clinical Specialist, Neuro - Minneapolis

Join BIOTRONIK as a Clinical Specialist, Neuro - Minneapolis and help redefine relief for patients experiencing chronic pain. Leveraging advanced cardiovascular technologies, BIOTRONIK Neuro has developed a connected approach to SCS therapy management, focusing on patient and provider needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, clinical, and programming support, primarily supporting 1-2 Territory Managers.
  • Assist in after-hours call support and activities.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with customers and accounts.
  • Proficiently handle complex programming and case support.
  • Work collaboratively with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
  • Develop high-trust relationships with customers and regional team members.
  • Conduct PCP work and educational services as directed.
  • Engage with clients, address questions, and support product use and training.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of accounts, competitors, and market activity.
  • Evaluate and develop sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on new products and technologies.
  • Identify customer training needs to enhance product understanding and usage.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing sales support, training, and guidance to customers.
  • Maintain positive communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

  • Associates Degree or technical certification; Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience, especially with patients.
  • Ability to understand and educate on clinical data in chronic pain therapies.
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in healthcare environments (e.g., Physical Therapy, medical sales, RN, LPN).
  • Experience with Biotronik NRO or similar spinal cord stimulation devices preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
  • Operate computers and mobile devices regularly.
  • Perform bending, squatting, and balancing activities.
  • Be mobile and interact with equipment and patients as needed.

Travel Requirements

  • Valid drivers license and insurance required.
  • Travel approximately 25% within and outside the region.
