Summary:The Director of Prevention Programs provides strategic leadership and vision for YWCA Clark Countys youth and community-focused violence prevention initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for aligning prevention programming with the organizations mission of advancing racial and gender justice through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices.
