Position Overview

The Private Lesson Team is responsible for scheduling Private Lesson and Adaptive Lesson requests via phone and email. The Private Lesson Team will work closely with the Meadows Learning Center Team regarding these lesson products. This position is not remote and requires you to work at the resort.

This is a Full-Time, Seasonal position

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently unsupervised
• Ability to work with computers and other electronics
• Proficient in phone and email communication
• Effectively work in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several tasks simultaneously
• Commit to work weekends and holidays during the operational season
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience with reservation scheduling
• 1 year experience in a guest service or administrative role
• Proficiency with RTP or similar POS experience
• Proficient with web-based applications like Google Drive, WordPress CMS, Dayforce, etc.

Compensation:

• Wage: $19.40 Hourly
