This position is in the Biostatistics and Design Program within the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health. This position is intended for an SPH Graduate Student in the MS or MPH program in Biostatistics. Assist faculty and staff biostatisticians with statistical programming, data management, statistical analysis, and statistical reporting. Statistical activities related to grant preparation, including power and sample size calculations/simulation. Other research tasks may include assistance with literature searches, preparation of presentations, reports, and manuscripts, and other tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Graduate Program: MS or MPH in Biostatistics program at OHSU/ PSU School of Public Health (minimum 4.5 credit hours)Experience with statistical programs such as Stata, R, SAS or others, data managing/curating datasets for anaysis, and strong oral and written communication skills.
