The Workplace Productivity Engineer is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's digital infrastructure, with a focus on Windows upgrades, workplace productivity engineering, and application management. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications and systems. Windows Device Management: Manage OS and BIOS settings as well as imaging process for new Windows devices. Oversee the upgrade process for Windows, including pre-cache and upgrade task sequences. Ensure all necessary content, such as OS upgrade packages and drivers, is downloaded before the upgrade begins. Perform prerequisite checks to verify system compatibility and manage driver updates.
