Plan and perform preventative maintance of eqp. with technician team. Develop and Implement improvements for Availabilty and Reliabilty of equipment. Continuous Improvement in Quality performance, Cost, and Throughput. Track and maintain adequete spare parts inventory for maintanence needs to limit tool down time. Interact with both internal customers and vendors as needed to improve the performance and modification of equipment as needed. Supervise and support the installation or move of equipment. Troubleshoot tool issues of complex electric and mechanical systems to quickly diagnose and repair. Requirements: Bachelors degree in an engineering and scientific field AND/ OR 5 yeras of KLA metrology tool experience. Basic technical understanding of IC processing equipment.
