The Rental Field Operations Manager (RFOM) is the acting operational leader within their assigned region. The goal of the RFOM is to increase operational performance and profitability in their assigned regions. The RFOM leads their team through influence to excel in all safety measures, excellent customer service, and operational metrics. The RFOM does this by ensuring their team is knowledgeable, empowered, and efficient, so as to keep all associates and customers safe, and fleet rent ready. Key Responsibilities:40%.
