The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. You will play a pivotal role in understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, enabling you to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promote cutting-edge oil-free air compressor solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, you will ensure seamless delivery of products and services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $125,000 - $140,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Hired applicants will be eligible to receive discretionary/non-discretionary annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
