Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods sector (CPG or FMCG) to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning and will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all U.S. and International channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Finance experience in the Consumer Goods industry (CPG or FMCG).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Highly motivated and pragmatic with the ability to roll up sleeves, take responsibility for initiatives, and produce results.
• Strategic thinker with the foresight regarding the long-term financial impact of decisions.
