Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Ensure effective management and delivery of technology solutions, with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes; establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly broader business functions.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

- Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; consistently deliver quality client services and value within time and budget constraints.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
- Manage expectations of client service delivery and stay up to date with industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Effectively manage and motivate diverse client engagement teams; provide constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment; mentor junior consultants.
- Cultivate and manage business development opportunities and long-term client relationships; assist in EPM strategy and implementation of tools, processes, and transformational solutions.
- Application and Tool Analysis; Cloud Computing Architecture; Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture; Complex problem solving and critical thinking; Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
- Typically 4–6 years relevant experience; minimum of five years' experience providing complex consultative services in focus areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
- Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions; experience with data-driven decision making.
- Backgrounds may include financial analysis/FP&A, EPM systems administration, long-range or capital planning, or implementation consulting.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred/Ideal
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.
