Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
• Master's degree preferred but not required
• 7+ years of experience with various building materials and project types
• Strong technical, communication, and management skills
• Knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, and masonry design preferred
• PE or SE license preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Revit knowledge preferred
• Pre-employment background check required
