**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
+ Support production activities by transporting materials within the site
+ Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
+ Assist with general labor tasks as needed to maintain operational flow

+ Proven ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
+ Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
+ Clear communication and problem-solving skills
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
**What We Offer**
+ $30.51 to $30.51 per hour
