Job Title: Night Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Milwaukie, OR

Schedule: Evenings, typically 8:00 PM 3:00 AM or later; 3040 hours per week

Pay: $25$26/hour to start, with increase after 90 days (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff, training new employees, and ensuring that client accounts are maintained to company standards. Supervisors will be provided with a company vehicle, which is picked up and returned to our Milwaukie office at the start and end of each shift.

The weekly schedule may vary depending on which accounts require training, inspections, or coverage. Days off are negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff across multiple accounts.

  Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

  Cover janitorial shifts when needed.

  Maintain communication with management regarding staffing, scheduling, and performance issues.

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum of 2 years' janitorial experience (supervisory experience preferred).

  Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  Ability to pass a thorough background check for security clearance.

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
