As a Box Office Assistant, you will be a representative of the Athletic Department on game days and possibly during the week during normal business hours. This position will report to the Assistant AD - Tickets. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional individuals that may or may not enjoy athletics, but definitely enjoy working with the general public.

Core Duties

* Scanning tickets at games

* Working will-call at games

* Selling tickets at games on a computerized ticket system

* Answering questions and concerns from ticket holders

* General office duties

* Other relevant duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

* Friendly, outgoing, and professional

* Available to work games during the evenings, on the weekends, and

possibly over breaks

* Ability to work shifts that range in duration

* Being ok with missing some home games due to job responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Local students strongly preferred

* Green Dot full training certified or willing to go through the Green Dot

training

* Interest in athletics

* Knowledge of various sports
