The HR and Payroll Specialist is responsible for the bi-weekly payroll and supports various human resource functions, including payroll, recruiting, HRIS, and benefits administration. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll using ADP, in compliance with Oregon tax and labor regulations, while also assisting with recruiting, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employment data.

The position is based in a graphite and carbon manufacturing facility. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires onsite presence.
