Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our store.

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the correct team member.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and customer waiting area.
• Help with light administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Stock new vehicles into the dealership's inventory management system accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with planning and organizing internal team lunches, birthdays, and dealership events.

Qualifications

Receptionist Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, data entry, phone system).

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
