We're looking for a PLS-Survey Project Manager to join our Lake Oswego Survey Team - someone who's ready to lead, solve problems, and shape projects from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing

* Lead survey projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, field crews, and office staff

* Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, and drafting

* Troubleshoot field issues and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis

* Oversee survey standards and processes across the team

* Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for proposals

* Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed

What You Bring

* Licensed PLS (4+ years preferred; OR license a strong plus)

* 6+ years of combined field and office survey experience

* Proven client-facing and business development experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude

* Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, point cloud processing, and Trimble equipment a bonus

* Experience with municipal/government projects is a plus
