Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
ServSafe Certified preferred
