What You Will Receive as CNC Machinist:

  • Starting Pay: $24.00 29.00/hr. (depending on experience)
  • Mon - Fri: DAY SHIFT (6:00am - 2:30pm)

What You Will Be Doing as CNC Machinist:

  • You will be setting up and operating Lathes and VMC machines, machining mostly mild steel, with some weldments, aluminum, and cast iron.
  • Operate vertical mills and lathes, 3-axis CNC machines, Toyoda mill, Vertical Doosan.

What You Will Need to Have as CNC Machinist:

  • 2+ years of professional hands-on experience setting up and operating 3 Axis CNC Mills or Lathes
  • Previous experience operating vertical mills and lathes, 3-axis CNC machines, Toyoda mills, and Vertical Doosan machines is a plus
  • Knowledge or experience with G and/or M Codes for minor editing
  • Experience with Jib or Overhead Cranes is preferred
  • Ability to use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometer, depth micrometer, bore micrometer, and height gauges, etc.
  • Ability to read blueprint, and understand GD&T
  • Fanuc and Haas control panels knowledge
  • Setup fixturing and tooling (including machine offsets)
  • High degree of patience and attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow safety policies and must be willing to wear PPE. All departments are required to wear eye and hearing protection, steel-toed boots with built-in metatarsal guards.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
