Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Developer Advocate to join the Open Source Strategy & Marketing team. Our creative, experienced, and energetic organization is responsible for helping to drive the development and adoption of open source projects that are important to AWS. In this role, youll combine your technical skills, passion, and creativity to generate awareness and support for the open source projects and initiatives that AWS is involved in. Ideally, youre someone who comes from a software development background; but you love to be on stage or on screen guiding the community towards technologies that you believe in. You have immediate credibility with startups, developers, architects, and technology leaders. Youre excited about open source software and cloud technologies. You love to share your passion with others and you exhibit judgment in selecting strategic opportunities to do so.
