Apartment Maintenance Technician - Public Housing Communities
Location: Oregon City, OR
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
BGSF is hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support public housing communities in Oregon City. If you have strong experience in unit turns and general maintenance, this is a great opportunity to make an impact while working a steady weekday schedule.
Job Responsibilities
* Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
* Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Communicate effectively with property staff
* Work independently and meet daily goals
Required Tools
* Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, utility knife)
* Power drill and bits
* Voltage tester, flashlight/work light
* Safety gear (gloves, goggles, boots)
* Tape measure, level, and tool bag or cart
Qualifications
* Prior apartment maintenance experience
* Strong skills in unit turns
* Experience in public housing preferred
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
