About the Role

The person in this role must be based in the Portland, Oregon or surrounding suburbs. It requires on-site work from time to time. Comagine Health's Research and Innovation Team is looking for a thoughtful and passionate individual to join our team as a Research Associate II. This role is a part of the Research and Evaluation Team, managing and implementing research studies and projects. We are looking for someone with experience in the implementation of applied research methodology, knowledge of evaluation best practices, and expertise in peer-to-peer training. If you are interested in driving public health program improvement, we'd love to have you join our team!

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA / BS in a related field.
  • Experience in managing research and/or evaluation projects with academic institutions, community stakeholders, or non-profit agencies.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies, clinical trial processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or equivalent.

Skills

  • Experience in managing research and/or evaluation projects with academic institutions, community stakeholders, or non-profit agencies.
  • Experience with qualitative analysis and reporting required; quantitative analysis and reporting, and experience with intervention trials preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment.
  • Ability to function with a high degree of independence.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications; familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work
