The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager with managing day-to-day construction activities through project closeout. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that design intent and construction standards are met. You will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports while conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Prompt resolution of construction-related issues is essential to avoid delays or cost overruns. You will implement and enforce site-specific safety plans in accordance with OSHA and company standards and conduct routine safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and corrective actions. Promoting a culture of safety and accountability among all project stakeholders is a vital part of this role.

Work Environment:
The work hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. The role requires no travel beyond the project site. The position offers a very flexible schedule, allowing you to be the master of your own time.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $39.66/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
