The Project Engineer will support construction activities by planning, organizing, and implementing those processes to manage and communication information and project KPIs (i.e., project controls, engineering interface, subcontract and materials management, purchasing, contract administration, formal communications, monthly reporting and scheduling). The role will provide project support to a Project Manager on larger projects and manage technical and administrative staff to facilitate project management services.

Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience and education in project or field engineering 7+ years' experience in the construction or engineering field Proven abilities and skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, organization, delegation as well as teaching and mentoring Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity for his/her subordinates. Must demonstrate excellent team leadership and management skills Proficiency in managing project engineering and related functions and activities Working knowledge and ability to direct the operation of at least the following management systems: accounts payable/accounts receivable, materials control, estimating, job cost updates and subcontracts

Base Compensation: $161,000/yr - $168,000/yr
