Compensation Range: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour + Bonus

About the Position

• Ensuring parking policies and procedures meet expectations and established standards, maximizing profitability and minimizing exposure.
• Participating in hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of team members at multiple locations.
• Planning and directing special event activities; coordinating with other Supervisors and Directors as needed.
• Responding to and resolving guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies.
• Maintaining communication with property management, customers, and guests.
• Monitoring production levels and performance to implement cost‑reduction initiatives, fostering cooperation among locations and departments.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating team members on equipment use.
• Handling call‑offs and assisting with scheduling when necessary.Diagnosing and conducting preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Prior parking experience a plus; not required.
• Flexible schedule with availability weekends.
• Valid driver's license; manual transmission vehicle required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work in high‑energy settings, handling multiple tasks within time constraints.
