Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.About The Role: We are looking for a RFC Material Handler to participate in our Regional Fulfillment Center operations and activities. RFC Material Handler primary responsibilities include shuttling inventory throughout the RFC and assisting other related functions. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the RFC Operations Manager.Responsibilities Include:* Ensure all material handling equipment and PPE meet safety requirements as defined in the RFCs safety policies and training prior to performing any work duties.* Ensure inventory and pallets can be safely handled prior to transporting/shuttling throughout the RFC. Breakdown, consolidate, and organize inventory as required.* Shuttle inventory to proper locations with extreme accuracy and attention to detail using triple pallet jacks and other forklifts.* Maintain product integrity and stability throughout all activities.* Assist in unloading and loading trucks, lumping, and other freight handling duties as required.* Perform other functions such as PO receiving, order picking, organizing and retrieving stock throughout RFC, and any other roles and responsibilities as needed on a day-to-day basis.* Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.* Report any discrepancies and stay in constant communication with supervisors and coworkers.* Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop as required.* Always wear the proper safety equipment and follow safety procedures.Shift Hours:* Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm* Wednesday - Saturday 4:00am - 2:30pmAbout The Pay:* Base Pay Range: $20 Hourly* 401(k) Profit Sharing.* Medical, Dental, Vision & More!* Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on locationAbout You:* 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.* Physically able to safely operate various forklifts within the RFC, including sit-down, standup, and pallet jack forklifts (single, double, and triple).* Able to read and write legibly, demonstrate basic math skills, and communicate effectively.* Able to read and comprehend basic instructions, to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.* Demonstrates good organizational and time management skills.* Knowledgeable in inventory control and general warehouse procedures.To learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
