Clinical Experience Manager – Radiologist
Microsoft's Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and medical professionals who design, develop, and deploy next‑generation AI‑infused healthcare solutions. The Clinical Experience Manager – Radiologist for the team will drive the development of AI‑led diagnostic solutions to improve radiologist workflows, patient outcomes, and overall product success.
As a Clinical Experience Manager – Radiologist, you will be an integral member of a team dedicated to reimagining the radiologist experience and enriching their workflow with innovative, healthcare‑oriented AI‑led solutions. You will apply expertise in clinical guidelines, decision‑making, and radiology reporting to guide product design, evaluate AI model performance, and influence regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support AI model development & evaluation, collaborating with research to define prompts, standards, benchmarks, and monitor model drift.
- Maintain deep engagement with end users, gathering feedback and driving product adoption during preview programs, and represent HLS Diagnostics at industry events.
- Serve as a thought partner across engineering, product, research, design and support, translating radiology user needs into actionable product improvement opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and integrate them into product development considerations.
- Coordinate priorities and work direction across the Clinical SME team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, radiology, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Current knowledge of health documentation standards and radiology reporting workflows.
- Experience in a radiology reporting setting, including image interpretation and report authorship.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise of radiology reporting standards and workflows; experience with preliminary study reads and report authoring.
- BC/BE Radiologist or equivalent, and/or 1+ year experience as a medical professional in a radiology reporting setting.
- Healthcare AI or related technology experience, with knowledge of AI and prompt engineering with LLMs.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to succinctly share information and adapt messaging.
- Ability to innovate, iterate rapidly, and reflect on feedback.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams.
- Experience sourcing, evaluating, and applying medical guidelines to medical AI development.
- Supplemental education or equivalent experience in healthcare AI or healthcare technology or IT.
