Position Summary
The Event Traffic Director (non-driving) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by guiding vehicles safely and efficiently at major sports arenas and music venues. Working outdoors in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, this role ensures smooth guest arrivals and departures while creating a positive and welcoming experience for all attendees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrive on time, dressed in a clean uniform; maintain a professional appearance.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Complete a vehicle damage survey and record the parking location on each claim ticket.
- Direct vehicles to designated parking spots efficiently and safely.
- Follow proper attendance and timekeeping processes; accurately report tips.
- Attend all required staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
- Use and maintain necessary equipment and supplies.
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with staff.
- Maintain high level communication and service with guests.
- Anticipate and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Adhere to personal and vehicle safety precautions.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational and financial goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean motor vehicle record.
- Must pass a clean background check; no more than three moving violations in last 3 years.
- Dependability, safety orientation, and ability to work outdoors.
- Good communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
